Report on the Potential for Renewable Energy Use at U.S.
Military Installations: RED was a subcontractor through Northern
Power Systems and McDonough and Partners to the Dept. of Defense, performing site
surveys of military facilities in California, Georgia, and South
Carolina.
The Cornell Solar Decathlon Team: RED traveled to Ithaca
and advised the team on strategies and hardware for their 800 sq.
ft. sustainable home, which was entered in a national competition in
2005. Cornell placed second out of 18 teams competing. See more at:

The Living Futures Educational Center: Living Futures is a
nonprofit educational foundation, which is in the process of
building a conference center and demonstration site for sustainable
living. RED collaborated with Birdseye Design and Draker Solar,
providing site analysis, advice, and design services to the
foundation.
Energy Forum, Boston Museum of Science: RED served as an
expert resource for participants at a forum on planning the energy
supply for a medium sized city. The purpose of the forum was
twofold: to educate the participants on energy issues and to
experiment with the management of educational events at the Museum.
