Yestermorrow
I teach several courses at the Yestermorrow design/build school in Warren, Vermont. The Yestermorrow website has these course descriptions, plus information on a host of other courses and workshops for those interested in designing and/or building sustainably.
Workshops and Classes
I am available to teach workshops at conferences, architectural offices, and colleges. I have taught classes on code compliant photovoltaic installation to electricians. I have given guest lectures at the University of Vermont, Dartmouth, The Institute for Social Ecology, and Vermont Technical College. I have made presentations at conferences at Middlebury College and Dartmouth, and at an energy forum at the Boston Museum of Science.
The style of my presentations can range from a standard lecture format to a hands-on project. I can cover the renewable energy front from the nuts and bolts of system installation to global energy policy.
